OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jacksicon Valley and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.
